Metron ISP was started because the billing software available to Kenyan ISPs was either too expensive, built for European payment rails, or required a month to set up. Most ISPs under 1,000 subscribers were running on spreadsheets and WhatsApp.

We built Metron to change that. Every feature starts with a real ISP problem: M-Pesa reconciliation that doesn't match, subscribers reconnecting themselves before paying, techs arriving at faults without any context.

The team behind Metron has worked with ISPs across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda. We know that a "minor" billing gap at 500 subscribers is KES 40,000 a month. We built a system that closes it.
